This time, we were honored to bring students from the Diploma in Property Management program at UTM KL to visit CIDB IBS Sdn Bhd (Cheras, Kuala Lumpur). The visit aimed to provide students with direct exposure to industry standards, the latest technologies, and best practices used in the construction sector in Malaysia.

Throughout the visit, students had the opportunity to interact with industry experts, learn modern construction methods, and understand the role of CIDB in regulating and advancing the country’s construction sector. This is an important step in knowledge transfer that will help produce a more competent generation of construction professionals, ready to face future challenges.
