About My Venture Property
MVP – My Venture Property was started since 28 November 2018 and officially registered under the Companies Act 1956 on 13 May 2024, marking the beginning of its journey as a dedicated property management consulting services provider.
My Venture Property is currently in the process of registering under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)

OUR MANAGEMENT
Sr Azlina Mustafar
Managing Director
(MRISM, MMIEA, MIPFM)
Sr Azlina Mustafar is an accomplished academic and practitioner with over 10 years of expertise in Facilities Management and Real Estate. She currently serves as a lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and is an active Probationary Valuer (PV) registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVAEAP).
Sr Azlina is also a proud member of esteemed professional organizations, including the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MMIEA), the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM), and the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM).
She holds a Master of Science in Facilities Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management (with Honors) from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). Demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence, Sr Azlina is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Built Environment at College of Built Environment, formerly known as Faculty of Architecture, Planning, and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).
With her extensive expertise and dedication, Sr Azlina continues to play a pivotal role in advancing knowledge and best practices in the fields of property and facilities management.
