MVP – My Venture Property was established under the Companies Act 1956 on May 13, 2024, marking the beginning of its journey as a dedicated property management consulting services provider.

My Venture Property is currently in the process of registering under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVAEP)

Sr Azlina Mustafar

Managing Director
(MRISM, MMIEA, MIPFM)

Sr Azlina Mustafar has 10 years of experience in the academician and real estate field and is now working as a lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).

Sr Azlina Mustafar currently practices as a Probationary Valuer (PV). Registered as a Member of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP), Member of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MMIEA) and Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM), and Member of the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM).

Sr Azlina Mustafar is a graduate with a Master of Science in Facilities Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management (with Honors) from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM).
